Welcome to Arnoc Pro-Wash. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arnoc Pro-Washmobile application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), provided by Arnoc Pro-Wash (“we,” “us,” or “our”), having its principal place of business at Puthiyachirakkal, Amarambalam P.O., Thondiyil, Nilambur.

By downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Provided

Arnoc Pro-Wash directly provides professional car washing and detailing services to users (“Customers”) through our trained, in-house service team.

  • Doorstep Services: If opting for doorstep services, you agree to provide our team with adequate space and, if required, access to a suitable water supply and electricity point.
  • Service Delays: While our team strives for punctuality, service times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All service prices are listed on the Platform and are subject to change. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments: Payments can be made via authorized gateways on the Platform (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) or in cash directly to our service team, if applicable.

Service Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service slot will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service slot will incur a 10% cancellation fee (* with remaining amount refunded).
  • On-Site Cancellation: If a cancellation is required after our team already arrived at the location or after the work has commenced, no refund will be provided.

Product Returns, Replacement and Refunds:

  • We offer a 7-day Return and refund policy for the products purchased through the platform.
  • If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, Customers are entitled to a replacement within 14 days period.
  • COD Refunds: For eligible returns on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will not be provided in cash. All COD refunds will be processed and transferred back to the customer via online bank transfer or via the UPI account provided by the Customer.

5. User Responsibilities and Disclaimers

  • Valuables: Customers must remove all personal items, valuables, and cash from the vehicle prior to our team arriving for the service. We are not liable for any lost or missing items.
  • Pre-existing Damage: Customers must notify the Arnoc Pro-Wash service team of any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, loose parts, interior tears) before the service begins.
  • Special Cleaning: The removal of extreme stains (e.g., hard water marks, paint, heavy pet hair) may not be fully guaranteed and might require specialized services at an additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arnoc Pro-Wash and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

  1. a) Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform.
  2. b) Any physical damage to the vehicle during the service that is a result of pre-existing wear and tear, faulty parts, or undisclosed issues.
  3. c) Any delays, failures, or interruptions in the Platform's operation.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of Arnoc Pro-Wash. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection rules.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our team, or third parties.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nilambur, Malappuram, Kerala.
